I'm not the owner of this car, but I think I can answer some of the questions here. This is probably an OM603. The injection pump has 5,5mm elements stock. The stock OM606 turbo has 6mm elements. Mynä diesel in Finland modifies the injection pumps to 7mm elements. I even think they have 7,5mm elements now. The OM603 turbo internals can handle up to 300hp as far as I know. The usual choice of turbo for tuning these engines is Holset HX35 or HX40.
@rosandxxx I have to ask, (since I am considering a bigger turbo etc teehee) what about the 722 transmission? I'm pretty sure something has to be modified in them to handle the extra power. Oh, and have you any idea how much torque? (300hp isn't much, but being a diesel, I can imagine that the torque figures are way higher)
