Of course, when someone speaks in a foreign language the most important thing is to make you understand, but there is something that is neutral accent when you speak English and he doesn't have it. I think his English is not that badly. He does not have the adequate pronunciation but you can understand what he says. Besides, He speaks with fluency and, in my opinion, that's the most important thing when you speak a foreign language.He is coherent (most of colombians are not so even when speaking Spanish haha). I still think that Santo's English is way better.
