I love your ease of technique and choices of balance and color- how in the world do you know when to stop? Is there such a thing as an end to a collage? Maybe better to start a new one I guess. I am launching my first one- and it is a biggie with intentions of hanging on a prominent wall in my own house. I am actually doing it on a door. Going to check back with you for inspiration.
I LOVE this! I would love to know your materials and techniques. I am really trying to get started with mixed media but I have no idea where to start as far as what products to use and the cool texture and paint techniques you use.
Looking good so far! I work the way you do. I start with a vague idea and a blank canvas and just jump in! I let the piece tell me what's it's going to be. I often get to a stopping point and put it aside for days/weeks, then come back to it and watch it come alive! My best paintings often happen that way. :>
I've been there before...waiting on my muse. Usually when my muse arrives, it's in a whirlwind and millions of ideas come at once. (Mostly at the most inconvenient times, ie; driving, in the shower, in bed ready to fall asleep. Ha!) Keep a pencil and paper handy to write down everything the muse gives you, then you usually have enough ideas until the next visit. *smiles* ~ Peace and Love
Thank you very much I enjoy doing what I do and sharing it. I'm pretty sure if you wanted too you could make art. Practice it and besides its a wonderful outlet. Even if you just do it for yourself in an art journal. They are also many great ning communities where you can learn many of the basics and techniques. Thank again and thanks for subscribing to me.
I really enjoy watching you. I do not have any talent when it comes to painting, music, photography but I am an ardent fan and lover of artist, like you, who loves what they are doing and sharing and bringing us the beauty of art. Thanks again.
