Guys I think the rubix cube symbolizes how the Puzzle has been solved, and the guy at the end is supposed to be a reference to this bigger world and hint towards a sequel. It could also be the people Golem mentioned had died out years ago and put him there for a reason.

actually I think the black dude is the "shadow" counter part of the dude with the cube ... you saw that they look alike and the shadow dude has a cube too :D that's my view on things :) maybe there will be a part 2 with the black dude involved :D I just finished the game and I loved it though it was veeeery weird at first :):D

Well its quite simple. He left a radio there and dashed to the shop and bought a almost done rubix cube. While he was at the shop he talked into a walkie talkie to tell had happened to them while purchasing it. Then still talking into his walkie talkie, he sprinted back and stood there and turned it to complete it too look kinda awesome as the game ended and the credits started to roll.

i love zeno clash but i cant defeat father mother u no whyy?

cause i dont no how to change weapons as it never told me!!... i did the first fatehr mother fight by fluke as she threw skullbombs at me as soon as i shot her knees but i cant do it this time i die every tme!

When there is an arrow above a person press "e". There has also been a update so you can drop your weapons. ( I am not sure , but i think it is true) And you can only have one weapon at the time (except the grenade´s) I really hope this helped you a little :D
