  • well am very adabtable and well known in the meat game and have worked in meny countries over the last 20 years or so my reputation is one of the best in the uk i am the greatest lol well top 10 i would say and i can drink a good few pints every night 364 days a year

  • for sure you are right mate , i also have worked in places where i would not be able to bone like that . on the other hand there are many places where you have to work at that pace all day to maybe produce 80 to 100 quarters a day . in those jobs they will ease a little on your bones , i truley believe a good boner is a man who can adabt to many places

  • Definately one of the best butchers I've seen. Table boning is cumbersome, slow and messy. You mate however done a pretty good job of it. Your cuts looked effortless and smooth which tells me your familiar with your work and theres a certain naturalness with your movement. Overall well done. Those that scoff at your skill are boners who work from a live chain feed. They do the same job in an average time of 30secs or less.
