Iraq had used the chemical weapon against the Kurd, so there was a legitimate concern that he might have WMD. She didn't vote for war in Iraq. The media just sum it up as she voted for war in Iraq. But that's not true. Bush abused the resolution vote, and evaded Iraq before UN can conduct the inspection.
