I discovered this version two years ago and my life has never been the same. And today I heard of your passing and it reminded me of the last line in the song that goes, "Sooner or later, it's there I will go." Rest in peace.

Great rendition, but you should update the information to give Patty Griffin her due credit for the song, as in "Solomon Burke's rendition of the Patty Griffin song.."

Thanks for posting it. All three versions I've heard have a different meaning based on the artists. Patty's backup in this keeps it Solomon's own. Thanks again
