I can feel your loss for Jeffery...I lost my brother Nov 24, 2007 to a fatal car crash also, he now would be 46. He also loved nature. Time seems to help but never heals. Hope you're doin ok :-)

To me, this song has always represented surrender to the realization that we will have failures, we will grieve and mourn...that life will hold disappointments that we must face. It is about leaving the safety of childhood and the belief that life is fair...it's about learning that isn't really true.
