  • Good job. I appreciate the effort. Very good quality, but i was wondering if you might go the extra yard and use a tripod in the future? Thanks for the post.

  • Awesome tornado video..a real must-see for the tornado-video enthusiast..I, myself, just love the parts where one sees the frequent lightning flashes with the tornado....really chills my spine. Even my place back here at home....I had some BIG Tstorms recently...on video too here...7/19 and 7/24 ..got some nice loud thunderclaps...as well as a nice shelf-cloud on my 7/19-video...also a must-see.

  • We had an EF4 tornado around my area of Toledo, Ohio on June 5th 2010. The tornado hit at night time around 11:30ish and then acouple hours later another huge storm came and the sirens went off again. Milburry, Ohio looks like a war zone. It's very sad. I get so scared everytime we have a tornado warning and the sirens go off now. Hugs from Toledo, Ohio!!!

  • excellent picture quality in 720p

props to you guys on the footage.

  • Can't wait for next years June 17th! We seem to have made this the official tornado day.

  • I was there. At Project Earth- surrounded by those damn things! It was amazing.

  • @Nazerization haha so was i!! along with 1100 other heads!! amazing weekend that i will never forget. its beautiful how mother nature can unleash all her power like that...hope to see ya at harvest-love

  • I was in that area on vacation in a trailer!!!

  • Thanks for all of the great comments. It was an amazing storm, one of the best I've seen to date. It is unfortunate it caused so much damage, but with a tornado that size it is nearly unavoidable.

  • @chasetheplains Was a great day wasnt it Randy! Glad i was theer to see it all :D

  • any classification yet on this one? Can't seem to get one yet from KTTC or Fox 47

  • @dulamel305 The tornado near Alden was rated an EF-4. The one near Hollandale was rated an EF-3.

  • Jesus talk about insane structure shot. A little better chase territory down there than we had farther to the north. Great video!

  • Good job and excellent film quality, you were a safe distance away and still got good quality footage, too bad they dont have storm chaser awards, I would have given you about 3 of them!

  • I was about to get off of I-35 at exit 11 and stop at the truck stop when I looked west. I had never seen a big tornado until I saw the one near Alden, MN. I didn't know at the time that it was 6-8 miles away, it looked like it was just a mile or two away. It was big, ugly, and the most frightening storm I'd ever seen. This trucker decided to high tail it to the twin cities as fast as possible!

  • very nice footage. keep it up

  • Very cool! My band and I were taking I-90 north from La Crosse, WI to St. Paul, MN yesterday, and we were running parallel with this huge storm, Very intense.

  • I say we write to our legislature and tell them we do not want HAARP doing "experimental" weather control over us any more.

  • great footage that structure was incredible!
