It looks like your "albino" cockatiel has black eyes. My friend breeds them and gets a bunch of white ones all the time. Usually they have red eyes though. What a happy bird. I bet that can get annoying if you have a headache and you're trying to take a nap though! I had a cockatiel named Kramer that would do that and sometimes I'd yell, "Shutup Kramer!" Well, the neighbors thought I was nuts for yelling at their dog named Kramer who wasn't barking! Lol!
Mr Abby is a mess. He is a one person bird. If i'm in the room and not paying attention to him he lets me know it.
