I can't get the achievement. The first time I pinned 4 cell to one of their cars. By the time I pinned a 5th one hat fallen off. I thought this would mean I would need to pin two more... so I did. Then another, then another, then another. I eventually had 10 cell pinned to the same vehicle and I still didn't get the achievement.

The second time I tried I pinned 6 without any falling off but then I gave up as it still wouldn't unlock. I might just use profile editor to unlock this.

do you get vehicle experience if u shoot a car tyre?..cause i just saw this vid and at the point of 1:10 - 1:11 where Jack/Geoff shoots the harpoon and stuck the 1 of the 3 guys to the car...

a really easy way to do this aswell is at the first place you secure at the docks. There's peacekeepers standing there in almost a circle, you just cram a big vehicle in the center, and shoot them to the car, they dont fight back either :P

Anyway, that's how i did it, awesome video though!
