I honeymooned in October 1991 and stayed in the Fire Captain's motel in Ludlow Vermont and I think we walked over this bridge to get a bite to eat more than once, including a walk after a small rain and I remember commenting how high the river had become....my husband died a few weeks ago...luckily before his heart was broken by the devastation of this hurricane. My heart goes out to the residents of Ludlow.
