Czukay is a great comedian and occasionally musician, this is just an example of his typical collages of ready-made material, not that much compositional effort, unlike with Zappa, although it's useless to compare these men...

I dare doubt MGK has listened through all of Zappa's nearly 100 albums... I wouldn't necessarily recommend his later material though. It's best to start from the beginning, his 60's band Mothers of Invention was anarchic and revolutionary and ran the gamut from rock to atonal avant chamber music, and all kinds of hybrids... they were first in many things, and last too.
