I have watched cloud's documenteries for years through my local PBS station and i am in tears watching this.The BLM is the ones who need make changes there is no exuse for the removal of these horses.

Cloud's herd was captured, a high number of horses removed ... the reason they claim it necessary: overgrazing by the horses - that is ridiculous! The cattle is overgrazing, they are out there in incredible numbers and destroying everything. Nature is not harmed by the few horses that are left, but by the herds of cattle!!!

@Horselover19998 The BLM is sort of smart, but in a dumb way. They'll take parts of the herd, but never the stallion only because if it has a good linage in their blood, they'll let him and the majority of his herd. I think it's because they don't (I THINK) totally want mustangs and wild horses to be erased from Montana.

I agree with you about The BLM only caring about themselves and not the horses. Unfortunatley they can euthenize Cloud, his family, and his herd. The law permits The BLM to auction off wild horses or kill them. I read that in "Paint the Wind" by Pam Munoz Ryan. Thankfully The Cloud Foundation is doing everything they can to save Cloud, his family, and his herd.
