Scott Hall should have had a world title win during his Razor Ramon run. Compared to how fast they give titles to bland people like Randy Orton, its a travesty that a guy like Hall with great ability and charisma never got the title.

yes it is a travesty. he was on top of his game and could keep up with hbk (when he was young nonetheless...) in every match. he had one of like the 10 best gimmicks of the 90's, he could work the mic with a convincing cuban accent, had a badass look, was huge, and he had swag for fuckin days. once hbk turned face for the first time since the rockers hall kinda got put on the back burner and ended up going to wcw. he was sweet there, but his drive had noticeably diminished after early-mid 98'
