  • You gonna eat that? Cause, if not....

  • OK... so I have scrap gold/copper and 48% is Iridium... how do I safely separate these metals?

  • Missed e on the word one! Am I bad?

  • I read all of the comments posted on this subject,,and the on thing that really bugs me,,is that the people who comment on videos have no concept of the english language! I dont know if they are unschooled or just lazy?

  • The precipitate looks oddly like cocoa powder. What an expensive mistake that would be!

  • 1:30 so this is gold ?

  • Yes, gold dropping from a solution then the final product.

  • did u really use sodium nitrate to precipitate the gold ? if so could i use potassium nitrate instead ?

  • @dionysus2008 Haven't tried Na or K NO3, but the nitrite is different (it has one less oxygen on the nitrate constituent)

  • hi Thaibu

Nice Video... can i know how do you extract gold from Aqua Regia? how much time we should wait till gold dissolve.

  • @tanuku79 Aqua Regia will dissolve most impurities (metals) and make silver a chloride solid. 10k & 14k gold takes a long time because the acid must leech thru that silver chloride. So it could take days.Quicker methods can be Quartering out but that involves melting down the karats with silver. Electro parting is another way using a battery charger and don't require melting.

  • Thanks thaibu...

how to dry the liquid? what i have add after dissolve

  • @tanuku79 I don't boil down, There are other methods. Remember this is video is getting the gold OUT of the aqua-regia... most UTube videos show gold going IN the aqua-regia.
