That is called Stellar Scintillation, it's caused by the atmosphere distorting the stars light.

Air slightly bends light, effectively our atmosphere is like an ocean of air and it has waves of hot and cold air the mix and bend starlight, it makes the stars twinkle. Also, the star becomes blurry because the camera has trouble keeping focus.

I have been a keen amateur astronomer since a kid, I've seen this often. It's usually worse after it rains (a cold front).

@Diamonddavej I agree with your explanation , but it does not explain the twin blinking lights that came from this Thing ( vortex, star, ) I have and have on other videos of orbs or balls of light coming out of crafts and "stars" I will send you a few videos

They do know what your doing. I have at least 10-15 of these light orbs in the trees right now. Last night was crazy. I had seen brighter than usual yellow light in the back left of the wooded area behind my house and it moved acrosse a bushy area into the other area were the trees started again thru 4 or 5 trees towards the house until it got to the fence behind the house. It was as big maybe 6 feet by 4 feet and it was so bright. it lit up the entire back yard. Start looking at the stars

@Sup3rShann0n I have , they said they did'nt know what it was. I sent my video to Princeton Plasma research lab and the in charge said he would follow up with a phone call - but nothing. I have a feeling it might have something to do with Picatinny Arsenal in NJ, 15 mi from my home ( Military base) Listed in Phil Schneiders deep underground base as having a UFO hanger.... @mikie8865 I live about 25 mi from a nuke testing facility; the shit i've seen in the skies at night would cause some1 less mentally armored to lose their shit (maybe even literally). I've never seen anything like this. THIS's new to me & i've seen everything from giant triangles possibly MILES long shooting off at incomprehensible speeds & disappearing into thin air, massive brightly lit rocket-like craft, spirals, shape-shifting orbs, to a B2 bomber break the sound barrier right over my head!
