My comment on Professor Roland is that he's correct. The issue on Erap is different on the issue of GMA presently. People should not confuse the two and make comparisons. By the looks of it, the Opposition is sour-graping just because they were booted out of power. The Opposition has attempted to stage an EDSA-style event but they have always failed miserably.

To date, all the threats of the Opposition that they'll stage another EDSA remains to be a "broken dream." Why? Most of their recruits are "paid-rallyists" plain and simple. Rather than pulling each other down, why not help each other in forging ahead. I am aghast at these Senators who are already engaging in "in aid of election" - Villar, Lacson, Legarda, Roxas. They always want to be on TV. Sick.

I am more aghast at the people who take advantage of these people. Being a "rallyist" has become a CAREER in itself. For people who are jobless and uneducated, 200-250bucks/day + meals is quite an enticing offer. But then again, rallies that are non-voluntary don't last.

Look at Binay, he's got some cases pending in the Ombudsman and a lot of people know his "ability" to pocket some money for himself. Lacson has not even answered for the Kuratong Baleleng Case. This Villar guy looks clean but how about his LOAN from the GSIS of a few Billion pesos at the behest of Erap way back then.

the influential people such as the business groups, the religious groups, and the military still support her...until one of these groups call for her resignation, i don't think anyone can make her step down. look at the impeachment initiative...it hasn't prospered since GMA still has the numbers in Congress.
