yes this gamemode is called akrid hunter, its exclusive to the LOST PLANET: Extreme condition (Colonies Edithion) AKA LOST PLANET COLONIES. best lost planet game of capcoms LP series...

This seems like a really interesting game mode. Howeve i have absolutely no idea how to get it. I own both LP2 an LP 1, but this isn't there. i heard it comes with the colonies piece of the game, is that true, and where do i get it?

@WintersFinalstand akrid hunter mode is only available in Lost Planet "colonies edtion". They may add it later on as dlc for lost planet 2, but right now, it's just a rumor

you know what i love about lost planet. everysingle game mode in multiplayer is custom which you can set the time and starting weapons and areas. akrid hunter should be seen in lost planet 2 and i hope that happens. akrid hunter needs to be played with strategy because you cant just take the akrids head on. thumbs up if you agree

you should turn the brightness down a tad, and def turn the video gain down when you edit this. I was faced with the same issues on snow maps.

No dude, this is the Lost Planet: Colonies Edition. All of the stages are on the disc.

The original Extreme version required downloadable access to some of these.

But get the colonies edition, cause there are more players on here.

I just got the PC version of Lost Planet: Colonies Edition and all you have to do (by default) is hold down the crawl button, move in a direction you want, and then press jump, all at once.

If you time it right you can roll without having to walk first. Please note you aren't invincible while rolling; large Akrid and splash damage weapons can still get you, but it's still possible to evade them entirely if you time it right.

Yes, there's some areas that will give you T-ENG as long as you stand near them.

@Mazryonh yeah dude this is an old post you may already know but yeas the only point of akrid hunter is to kill the akrid till the meter is empty then your team wins while the akrid try to kill you and fill the meter i just got this game yesterday so i don't know much about it and to get more t-eng u can capture a data post or find a t-eng dipenser which has infinite t-eng
