Enjoy it while it lasts. The more people from Atlanta, New York, and Florida that move up here, the more it will start to look like those places. Prepare for suburbia, not for wild Georgia.

Yes that is a concern for sure but we are a 2nd home market and considered a resort town plus over half of the counties are protected forest land so that will keep out a lot of congestion. Still, the reality is, you can't stop progress no matter where you are. Thanks again.
