Brains can receive and transmit waves of information, although most of us don't realize where the information is coming from, and how to send. I'm not sure if our human brains will ever evolve to a state where we'll become "mind-readers", but to say that it's impossible in this reality to "hear thoughts" isn't exactly true. What would you say to twins who complete each other's sentences? Brains can transmit and receive waves of information. It's not an impossible concept.

@mmarieden The rule set is a constraint, the foundation of a particular type of reality within which is a particular potential for growth. The greater the constraint, the greater the potential. But, yes, there are a variety of ways to play with the constraint, that are not disruptive to the reality. And, as well, there is a depth and breadth to the rule set. Some, most, will not have any awareness along this particular line at all. Some will a bit of awareness, and some a bit more.

16:17 you say this is information available to me that I can draw from. This is what I tell people with the Tsunami predictions, and Nuke Strike by Korea, Nibiru, I got it this way. On some level, possibly oversoul, I was allowed to go into possible/actual timelines of other consciousness's without asking, to answer a question on my mind. So I would bet on some level you are curious about the physical pole shift, etc., and are getting a preview.

@Isaiah6517 Good question!, I would say the Larger Reality System made the rule sets, and their purpose is undeniably growth / evolution of experience. Without them, growth is not possible. They are what allow for it. You would not want to eliminate them, but certainly, through them the idea is to evolve away from fear and more toward love.
