I'm just guessing but i think you meant to say why do vocals have to be singing when it's just sounds that come from your mouth and the reason is that she isn't singing, she is just talking in a rhythm. There are no musical notes coming out of her mouth.

i absolutely love that these kids are doing this, and i think they've got some great ideas for their age. i just wish it wasn't the same regurgitated crap that has been recycled over and over.

they are still very young, however, and i wish them the best in their growing becoming musicians
