uhmm...it looks like if you do not have any education! when the people protest it's because there something wrong with the system.. so if you were "educated" probably you'd understand that, and all we have that right! to go out to the streets and fight for our rights! bad luck for the americans to be in there at that time...

so ashamed of being peruavian right now... but be sure not all peruvians are like that... some of us have education... dont know what to say... can not invite everyone to come to machu picchu cause who knows if u could actually make it there... just hope some day we could show something else than riots and violence

My wife and I felt very safe (and we've both been to some very dangerous places!) in our travels around Peru...I'd still recommend Cuzco to anyone.
