Whats funny is this is a young man fileting a wahoo. THAT objectifies marine life. talks about spending massive amounts of time endangering fish, dulling knives, and not getting laid. Now personaly I like the "origional" wahoo and your version is not by any means bad but I mean come on, do you observe it in its habitat? If a guy walked up to you at the marina and started throwing "doller" bills at you would you just whip out your knife and start fileting yourself?
Nice Hoo ya got there. Yoiu did muck around a bit filliting it though. down from head along the backbone through the tail and then with a flat knife stright up to the head. done. Pin bone and skin and ready to eat.
