Phoenix made a bold try here...good photos and good use of music....congrats.
However...the teacher in me comes out here: spelling was atrocious...so much so that it was distracting.
More notably; I teach military history and economic history, and the gist of the storyline is entirely wrong. The depression deepened, due to wage and price controls until 1942 when controls were lifted in order to increase production. We did not sell weapons...we lent them overseas...cost us money.
While America was fighting for peace, it was selling the tools of war to the world since they wanted them after seeing America kick some butt with the new hardware in WW2. A no brainer way to get out of debt and save money.
Now what can America do today that will win back all the money and jobs its' lost in the global economy, put people to work, and make us prosperous again?
Great video, I am not American (I am your Northern neighbor in Canada) but I have learned about the depression, this was a good way to get more perspective on what America went through. Keep up the good work.
:57, hey phoenix, we just rented leatherheads/movie and 4 some odd reason won't play, notta new, lots of "odd" things happen in my life... oh having issues on rating videos this am i think, notta new either with "boobtube" ...
Great Video! Prohibition was a disastrous policy. It created a large underground economy, where gangsters flourished who enriched themselves at the expense of legitimate liquor retailers, cost numerous people their lives, and still never stopped even one from drinking alcohol.

Very good video for the times we are in right now. It appears that history might repeat itself.
