Most punk bands completely went pop punk, without a single punk-like song on their albums. HU still has their party music but can still produce serious songs and songs that are closer to the rock genre. Didn't sell-out, you're just blind.

Usually the song in it's entirety is played because a lot of certain things can't be duplicated live whether it's samples, sliced beats or ad lib. It's basic live sound mixing and is done all the time. There are other reasons it's done like vocal layering or instrument layering but the original reason is the main reason. Do any type of live sound research or watch any type of live rap concert and see.
