i know you say you cannot tighten it, but i would imagine you either need a longer allen key, or you need spacers in between the cranks and the hub, i dunno mate im so rubbish at maintenence if stuff goes wrong i usually keel over and cry about it lol jokin x
yes, a while back. you just simply pull them off is what i did (they were stripped). Otherwise you'll need to use a bearing/crank puller. you can probably buy them off of UDC, or a bike shop.

oh, i got it figured out, i actually had the wrong cranks. No worries, it was UDC's fault, not mine.

I told you that riding it was weird cause it like wobbled!
Mines like tight all the way, so its like super noticeable when you switch from mine to yours
