Great work, kudos to all at ILPH. You make a difference all over the world to the lives of equines. I can't understand the mentality of those that abuse or leave equines to fend for themselves. Just goes to show, that some horses that look like this, can pull through. Some would say "he's had enough, lets end his suffering" but that's an easy way out, if you care for you horse you would do anything to save it, I know i would! My horses are my life, I couldn't ever give up on them!
