For anyone wondering, this is capable via a GTA IV Trainer...(there are many out there - just google). You can change your character to basically any model in the game, and you can make them do any animation found within the game...which is all that's occurring in this video.

I did the same thing in my videos, i used the Michelle model and went to the Triangle. :P
