When most of the time the story behind is that it's an Israeli response to terrorist attacks in Israel, or just other targeted terrorists with murder on their hands- who purposely shoot rockets in highly populated areas knowing they are visible and probably bombed quite soon, getting civilians killed and hurt too.

Fatah has been and always will be liars. There just embarass that Hamas men will defend their land and people and will not be bullied by Israel. Hamas = freedom fighters. Fatah = corruption!!! They have no idea how many people worldwide now support Hamas for defending Gaza and brought attention to us how Israel blocked essential needs such as food, clean water, medicine , and fuel from entering Gaza. When the land was partitioned in '47, there was plenty to share for both the exiled European & Arab Jews together with the southern Syrians who are now called 'Palestinians'.

Therefore, your slanted analogy can only refer to that time: before this problem blew up into the present-day Arab-Israeli conflict. Now that Arabs have already waged wars on the inciting and misinformed premise that "the Jews have stoled our land", the tables are turned and the IDF is the defending side in this conflict.

The region of Palestine was never controlled by the southern Syrians (now called 'Palestinians) who lived there.

The "dirty zionists" are very sad about this conflict of power, because it means the Palestinians have regressed deeper into their own dark-age than ever before -- making their own lives that much harder. This also means that finding them independent lives to lead (non-symbotically attached to the dirty Jews across the border) is that much harder now.
