I did install a "UI" mod, search nexus for just "UI" and you should get a few things that change the menus up. I actually totally forgot I had it on. I think I play on 720p resolution as well, nothing too crazy but I'm sure the UI mod helps. Hope this points you in the right direction mate! :D

If your just getting mods that buff your character up and not do any fun mods like zombies mod or like any other quest mods; the games not gunna get fun..... But if you do get quest mods and like other fun mods like (the marijuana mod) then your gunna have a great time!

There is a small problem with the design of the armor. The armor have the incorrect insignia on the shoulder, the insignia being of course the Brotherhood of Steel insignia when it should be the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel insignia, which is pretty much the same except it's golden instead of blue and mirrored on the vertical axis.
