I was stupid, i drifted on common intersections haha, one time spun out in the grass median, all the people saw me. But usually i dont spank my Z too hard. I tuned it for tighter suspension and road courses. But the Z has some bite in it, tail can swing out on ya if you not careful lol

They're powersliding, but doing this on a road like the one in the video, is very hard to do. They are also sliding out of one corner, and instantly shifting the weight of the cars to the other side, and sliding through the next corner. That my friends, is VERY hard to do.

actually that is drifting, seeing how drift means A gradual change in position. they are gradualing changing position from the course their tires are actually set on. they lose traction and therefore drift. It might not be drifting like you see in tokyo drift, but hey...stop watching movies and thinking you know stuff just cause you watch them. if it werent for that movie I bet you wouldnt even know about drifting

I think drift racing is an oxymoron. When one drifts, does it not slow you down more than not drifing around a corner on asphalt? It's makes sense on slippery surfaces such as dirt (ie. sprint cars, late models), but not on asphalt.

an expert drifer can maintain their entry speed til they hit their exit speed

No...some of it was actually decent drifts. But yeah...MOST of it was powersliding. Still very hard to do in an AP1 S2000 though, they like to straighten out, and have a lack of low and mid range torque.

300zx isn't really known as a drift car either...you can get the tail out, but controlling it is a lot harder than a car like the 240sx. Nice power slides and some mid-corner drifts...
