I am a novice vegan, so this video gave me the answer on how to sautee my veggies without oil. However, I think using vegetable stock instead of water would add more flavor. And... how about a little sea salt, pleeeaase! Thanks.
I love my Saladmaster, but here's how everyone can afford them. I bought my skillet on ebay for $65, not $600. You can buy only what you need of Saladmaster products without paying $2k, $4k or even $10k from estate sales or from people who get suckered into buying the $10k package then need to sell pcs of it to help pay the $360 mo pmt to Bank of Saladmaster, lol. Good products though.
@k0m1kk I'm a raw vegan of 5 years and am on the verge of obesity. How much space someone takes up is affected by a dozen factors besides whether they eat healthily.
