@pedro93722 there is only so much you can learn from a class most of your training that molds how you are going to be as an officer is through your FTO program and that is after school and you are hired.
To bad you don't spend more time training them right, instead of all this thug military cop bullshit. Be sure and teach them 42 USC 1983, otherwise they will be the typical bad cops. No wonder we have so many bad cops.

looks more like a fat camp, 18 weeks is a joke you cant get all your training done in that amount of time and be a good cop....
