you need some acoustic treatment

especially drying the room,

seems like a big space in there.

psy trance kick drums are easy to made on any synth with good sine osc

and several modulation envelopes hitting the pitch at different attack times.

a saw down shape LFO can be used in ENV mod for that matter...

I'd advice you to make your kick in Sound Forge 10. It works for me. Make a sine wave with Sythesis (insert menu), than change its pitch. It's all about the pitch, and of course after that you can add compressor, eq etc. to get the necessary punch.
