@fleamarket3000 in some places, like The Carribean and South America the drug cartells are extremely powerful, control entire regions and carry equal or more extreme weaponary than that. In a raid like that, the police would be ready for an intense fire-fight and would be anticipating potential casualties on both sides.

Glad to see an episode that isn't about a muder in a country manor or a typically middle class setting but that Karen is so annoying! Demands to be listened to and then is annoyed when JC (Jonathan Creek not Jesus Christ, though the two are easily confused!) at first isn't interested, Oh your criminal boyfriend killed another criminal before attempting to smuggle drugs and now he feels like his victim will come back for revenge!
