  • what the hell XD

  • Haha What A Dumb Ass!

  • now if only the sign post was that close in real sonic stages...

  • WTF IS THIS SHIT

  • @yourneighborsdog This is a parody ¬¬

  • Whoa. How did you get past 0:42? I swear that 0 was like some sort of obstacle, not part of the background.

  • @plutaroo Game Gear / Master System graphics, since it is intended to be *derp* a Game Gear / Master System game.

  • act zero WTF

  • Hahahaha MATRIX ZONE ACT 1 xDDD

  • looks like sonic took the red pill

  • Question. How are you going to be able to play as Tails in this hack? I mean you couldn't in the Master System version on Sonic 2.

  • MATRIX ZONE ACT 1

  • Oh shit Matrix zone act 1

  • T_I

  • Matrix Zone act 1

  • its the matrix neo...

  • lol sonic 2 low definition

  • can someone explain the Game Gear graphics and the matrix background?

  • LD means Low definition, Game Gear graphics are the the most Low definition Sonic graphics there will ever be... The matrix background I'm not too sure with myself...

  • It could be more LD: if someone decides to make a Sonic fan-game for the Atari 2600.

  • @TaiFerret

But then you would have to sacrifice the R0<K1N C00l Soundtrack.

  • This is a project specifically intended to be played on a Master System (or a Master System emulation). Therefore, that's the reason of the "Game Gear graphics". Don't expect just another of those hundreds of Sonic fangames for PC.

  • @WeskerSega What about srb2? Srb2 is cool right?

  • Matrix lol

  • nice use of a zone for an options menu, it reminds me of the one in echo the dolphin they should include this type of feature.

i like the "Matrix" style graphics aswell

  • i meant

nice use of a zone for an options menu, it reminds me of the one in echo the dolphin they should include this type of feature in more games.

  • It's not the options menu.

They said that there will be several ROMs with different levels from Sonic 2, cause the 14 levels won't fit in one Master System ROM. So they made this zone for users to save the game there, open another one, load that save and continue playing.

  • Strangely, Underground Zone's music fits Limbo (a.k.a. Matrix) Zone perfectly. (Yes, the BGM in the actual gameplay section comes from Underground Zone in the original 8-bit Sonic the Hedgehog 2.)

  • Sonic entered the matrix!

(What else would people say about this?)

    It's still awesome.

  • lol "matrix zone"! i wonder where the oracle would be...

  • That's pretty sweet.

  • LOL Matrix

  • Epic.

  • way cool!!!
