It happens every minute everywhere for 3 days straight... anyone on the street is fair game. ANYONE. So you have over 60 million people doing a water fight for 4 days non stop!!! each person can go through 300 balloons an hour!!! for at least 3 hours each day. or more.. that comes out to 180billon balloons...and you brag about
