It was good man, just try to take your time going on the toms. Each time you do you come on your crash symbal a tad too fast, and it's these little details that makes the difference between Travis' version, and the ones of everyone else. If you practice your timing a little more, you got it squared!

its very good for four months. you should try playing with a metronome to improve your timing especially on the fills. loosen up too, have fun with it. it also looks like your over reaching to hit your rack toms, so maybe reaudjust your setup to a more comfortable layout. again though, very good keep it up dude. peace

Wow, veryy nice! I have a question though, I was in band for 2 years but quit (13 now) I played the flute but always heard the drums because lets face it. The flutes suck ass and you cant hear them and all i wanted to do was play drums! But my mom said she thinks its to late to start playing drums since im going to be in highschool in 2 years or whatever. I want to be in the Titan drumline (school drumline) but my mom said its too late. what do you guys think?

It isnt too late to play drums in general, but to be in the band a) is really hard to get bac kin and b) you wiill have to play like fucking 4 hours on technique everyday to get up to a drumline level, if you missed that many years.

Great Job... Little bit of advice, more wrist motion less arms. This will come more natural as you continue to play. Also, sit closer, straight up, and try to move your drums at more of a level stance. this will help you make more contact with less effort (being how tall you are and your arm reach).
