The right arm is pressed up really, REALLY hard against the left arm, enough so that her lower arm and hands actually pass the bolero shoulders. It's a real pose (just uncomfortable) that looks really bad with that top. It's misleading because of where the picture cuts off--there's no arms, so we can't tell how they're folded. It would've looked better if the right arm was pressing against the shoulder, and there were creases to show it--but there's not.
