@Maloperverso well she fell for him before she got raped. And she knew how deeply he had changed. It wouldn't fly in real life, but for a soap opera I think it avoids being insulting just enough. If he and Kayla became "soulmates", now THAT would be insulting!

The music at 1.07 is the best, all the music Marty did set the scene from 1999 onwards it went cheap and nasty, why didnt they keep using martys music it was the signature of the show!

Heartbreaking, crying, sadness, this scene pulls at my heart strings. It is one of the best of Missy & Matt and they had so many. What an under rated couple and actors. Their courtship was something for the soap opera history books.

Too bad there isn't a site to just watch Jack and Jen scenes. There were so many great ones and I loved them all and they held me in front of the TV wrapped up in such a great world.

There is, in fact, Drdxo. The website "Devoted to Deveraux" has every Jack and Jennifer scene (or almost everyone) from the 90s to their departure in 2006.

Damn! I remember this scene like it was yesterday.. I loooooved Jack/Jennifer. They are my all time fave DOOL couple next to Steve/Kayla. These scenes were soooo good and Matt/Missy just rocked them out! Such great acting. When she slapped him, you could tell Missy hit him for real (by accident) and the look on Matt/Jacks face? Priceless.. Days was sooo good back then..
