"The Constitution is true it is a compact but he is not a party to it." If you have Constitutional rights; when did you sign onto the treaty? "Men when they form a social compact are equal in right." Therefore when they do not sign onto a social compact they are not equal in right.

The UCC won't make you sovereign, banks file UCCs all the time and they aren't sovereign so how can that make you sovereign?

In a Trust, they don't have to tell you nothing. Why? because you're not born sovereign.

It is incorrect to call the creations by the "Sovereigns" as being "fictitious" because they do indeed exist. A more correct term would be "artificial" since they do not exist in nature. As far as a binding contract is concerned, any alleged agreement or contract entered into, w/o being fully informed of all of the negative consequences beforehand (giving up your sovereignty, etc) constitutes "fraud in the inducement" which even according to "their" rules visciates that contract. It is void.!

I got the book and it gives a very detailed description of whats happening and what you need to use the exemption account. Its very similar to mary crofts stuff.

The US will also claim jurisdiction because many European Americans call themselves "white". This is not nationality but obviously a color. Just look up "colorable law" in Blacks Law Dictionary and you'll see that anything colored or acting in a colorable "status" cannot be sovereign, but is undoubtedly a FRAUD. This guy is giving half truth. F#@* the UCC. Never do a UCC 1. UCC 1 is a contelpro tool for the federal government to track so-called colorable people that think they know law. ONE

Sovereignty is a issue of nationality, inalienable birthrights, and Authority over land. Anyone listening to this guy should be careful. Especially people of Europeans ancestry in America. Unless they recieve their sovereignty from a sovereign authority, they cannot be soveriegn. They can only be sovereign in their natural land. Not in another persons. Europeans all got here by contract or charter. So the US corporation(Wash. D.C/British/Catholic church) assume full jurisdiction over Europeans
