I've been watching your video's since past Ramadan...(I was hungry, so instead of eating I was watching ;) ...and you are so good!!!
I was wondering if you could make the follwing: meat (or chicken) tajine with prunes (i believe it has cinnamon in the jus too, right??) i forgot what it's called in Moroccan/Berber...but i realy want to learn how to make it (and really want to eat it again hahaah)
You're a great and inspiring teacher!! Keep up the work
thank you .

Hello Alia.
I already made this cake twice and it was a success both times!
It was easy to make and very delicious.
I prefer to eat it warm, not cold because when its cold, the pudding-y center becomes too tight and rubbery.
Its yummy when its soft.
The one change I made was using vanilla flavored sugar instead of regular sugar and vanilla extract.
It came out so flavorful and just indulgent.
Thank you for this recipe.
I'll be making the Chocolate Fondant today.
