This is Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang, the highest authority on Chen Style Tai Chi.

Since the making of this video he has now learned to speak English, so a translation is no longer neccessary. He is explaining the basic theory that is the foundation of Chen style Tai Chi. If you want to develop good Tai Chi you need to follow his advice.

As principal instructor of the British Chen Style Tai Chi College, my teaching is influenced by the theory taught here.
