I know but the civil war was fought brother to brother it wasn't an unessecary waste of life or something it was unfortunate to be sure but the men beleived in what they were fighting for. This song is anti war and anti goverment blaming wars on corrupt goverments. For example genocide what does that have to do with the civil war?

In the end, are we not all brothers fighting against eachother? Also, people do believe in whatever they fight for, otherwise, they wouldn't be fighting. I do not belive to be anti-government. It merely lays out what can be seen as corruption, but does not go out and say all governments and all politicians are corrupt. Lastly, the amount of death and carnage caused by the Civil War was damn near the level of genocide.

The point of the video was not only to just to show the horror of contemporary wars, but also those of the past. To quote the song "Look at your young men fighting/Look at your women crying/Look at your young men dying/The way they've always done before."

Why show pictures of the American Civil War in this? The lyrics mention JFK being shot which happened almost a 100 years after the Civil War. This song may be a general interpretation of history but I don't think so IMO. Its just a blame America for everything song.

I really do not see how it is a "blame America for everything song." Rather, it is a song about the horrors of war and how there are those who manipulate others to go to war only to get rich off of it. If you think it is only about America, then that says a lot about your perception of the country.

Very good job man. The lyrics are a nice touch and the match with the pictures pretty nicely. Touching too.

Although the lyrics where it mentions God for the second time, the picture of Jesus I'm figuring is showing with the lyrics "Cause all these dreams are swept aside." I don't know if timing is off or if that's how you planned it. Then when he's talking fast lol the lyrics come before he speaks.. again don't know if you meant that to happen.

Other than that, awesome.
