we either need Kane as president or AT LEAST a financial adviser for our next president... Take note of the fact I said "next" president... not current...
@spaghettifiedmac I don't think Glenn is crazy, he is a smart guy and does make sense but he tries to be controversial by saying insane things to make people go "whoa he said that, I have to watch his show now" But I listen to him on the radio in the morning and his tv show sometimes, and I've come accustom to how he talks and when he's being serious and when he's not. Its easy to think he's insane if you can't tell when he's being serious or not.
@spaghettifiedmac Beck on policy is good, Beck as a person is an asshole blowhard.
Jesse Ventura would be the best guy from the WWE to be president, Jacobs would agree too. I'm still hoping Ron Paul will pick Ventura for his VP.
Best quote from Jesse Ventura "You give me a waterboard, Dick Chenney & 1 hour, and I'll have him confessing to the Sharon Tate murders." This was about how torture doesn't work and how Dick Chenney was a chicken hawk who ran from duty then as an old man wants war.
@RicoLen1 HELL NO! Ron Paul's best bet is Kucinich! Bachmann is a charity case! Pay attention, because the the young turks cover this stuff all the time. She doesn't want people to have money but the money be directed to her and her pork.
@tooloocrew Ugh, see how easy it is to be played for a fool by the tea party candidates? I've noticed all the republican candidates are sounding more and more like Ron Paul lately, and how many are telling the truth? ... yeah Ron Paul is pretty much it.
@RicoLen1 Well, Ron Paul called it! He knew exactly what they would do.. but I don't think people are going to listen to these fools. If the US is smart enough, they will elect the best candidate.
@tooloocrew That's why I like Jesse Ventura as the VP. I don't agree with the guy on 100% of the issues, but at least I know he's honest, and I know what to expect from him, and despite all that he'd still be a great person to have in office.
@tooloocrew I suppose it kinda sounds like a s**ty thing to say, but I DO wish Jacobs would retire from wrestling and start working on a political career. Go for senate or congress or governor somewhere, and then maybe 8, 12, 16 years down the road he'd be a viable presidential candidate.
@RicoLen1 I don't think he'd run for president but all the rest sound terrific. I can see Glenn as a governor like Jesse. Maybe Glenn Jacobs runs as an independent. Jesse said that when the two parties had their 'gatherings' (something to do with rallying the people to believe in their views or whatever). Jesse and another independent went to a park and sat down on a bench and talked about their own issues. They were spotted right away, the media was more interested in them.
If you look up the NHCAPTV interview with Glen jacobs, you will see the real interview that all of this came from . This clown in this video faked this interview by stopping and starting the real interview and tried to create questions that matched what Glen really said. In the real interview, the interviewer and glen are sitting at the same table together the whole time. Why do idiot actors think they need to cut themselves in? Dumb asses.
@ma675 I wonder how Glenn would be once he sees how American policy would work. I think the same thing happened with Obama. I don't really think he was bullshitting, nor do I believe every single word he said, but I believe that he built his campaign on change, got in and found out that's not the way it works. Thus the grim look he has most of the time you see him. Glen would be the HUGEST US president in history. (Taft was just fat)
Glen's ahead of the game. At 5:04 he points out what more and more people are starting to realize, which is that more and more people are starting to turn against the two main parties of government in the U.S.
I am glad to see an individual like Glenn Jacobs defy stereotypes and prove that a professional wrestler, just because s/he is in the sports entertainment industry and not a so-called expert, is incapable of articulating his views on the economy or on politics or on anything else, for that matter.
Hopefully, due to such interviews, people will be a little more circumspect before judging professional wrestlers as over-sized morons, who represent the very worst of the entertainment industry.
I never knew how smart Glenn Jacobs really is. In WWE I can see that he is cunning and vicious, but he is also very smart in economics and is a really nice person. This shows how pro wrestlers are some of the best actors around no wonder they started doing movies. Great job Glenn(AKA Kane) I can say I'm one of your fans now.
most of this is common sense, and if you wanna see a kurt angle look at jack swagger he is basically a copycat of kurt i mean he even uses the same submission hold it is however nive to see wwe superstars irl and not just as dumb jocks which my gf seems to think they are
I'm 14 and on top of that I'm a Girl... And you would think I'm not really into this stuff but, frankley when Glenn explain's it he makes it sound way less complecated and not only that he has solution's as to fixing the situation's!
So like { leafwatch } and { bjuul4 } stated...One Glenn Jacobs has only way's been intelligent and Glenn does know his stuff and tells it like it is!!!
Maybe that's Why Kane's my Favorite Wrestler of all Times!!! XD
@papasmurf211 You do know that he underwent serious bicep surgery in 2002 right? His muscle loss, which you disgustingly exaggerate, was due to that. Besides, looking at Kane's build (masked, unmasked, whatever) you can see he has the build of a freak powerlifter. Insanely broad shoulders, huge ass arms and a relatively non-muscular build. Actually, he has become really ripped recently, and this is proof of how ethical and hardworking he is. Don't defame him with those stupid groundless claims.
@omgiheartpie Almost every large WWF wrestler took steroids, I'm not trying to defame any of them and if you think that taking steroids does defame someone then you're very ignorant. The human body can only go so far and many more people than you think take steroids.
Power lifters take steroids also....
The rock, austin, kane, goldberg, bret hart, triple h are just a FEW of the greats who took steroids for the majority of their careers. Get used to it.
@papasmurf211 What makes you think that Kane as taken Steroids. His body is the most natural looking body of a bodybuilder who does not take them, and has Kane ever admitted to this. I have never heard him talk about it and he is not huge like HHH. Do not talk crap about someone unless you can prove it with hardcore evidence. If you can not it is only your opinion not truth, so get some real evidence and I and omgiheartpie will believe you as well; until then don't talk crap.
@papasmurf211 btw, he stated in an interview with Mamun of celebheights in 2007 that he bench presses 535 - 550 pounds currently. When he was in his prime, he apparently was pushing 650 according to David Meltzer. If you actually do some meticulous comparisons on unmasked kane and masked kane, you can see that Kane has actually retained a lot of his mass and strength and is bigger than many people up close. People exaggerate his muscle&strength loss because of the shitty storylines he is in now.
@omgiheartpie The point I'm making is look at kane in 1999-2003 ish and look at how huge AND ripped he was. The dude was on steroids and I don't understand why people don't want to believe that. He did lose significant mass and gained fat, is he still huge? Yea he sure as hell is, but he's nowhere near what he used to be.
@papasmurf211 if you look at the long term side effects of steroids, you can see that kane clearly never took any. Look at tripleH, he used to use steroids and as a result suffered numerous ligament tears. Has that happened to kane? Not once. He still is extremely physically capable, and is lifting huge weights in his 40s. Steroid usage would not only ruin your body appearance, it would diminish strength massively and this hasnt happened to kane, looking at his weight lifting stats and matches.
Funny you say that when all you do is attack me, avoid refuting my opinion and make erroneous assumptions based on shit evidence. Long term effects of steroid usage include aching joints&frequent injuring of muscles and tendons. None of this has happened to kane, he has worked a relatively strict and arduous schedule for 14 years. You'd think that he'd injure and fuck himself up by now if he took steroids. He hasn't; he's only regained his strength&mass. I'm done I don't like fights on youtube
@omgiheartpie And I think the only reason kane has lasted for so long and has been able to maintain his massive size and strength is because of genetics, he was born to have this large build. Well, that's my opinion, and if it's crazy to you, which I think it probably will be, that's fine.
The Bill is coming due... haha, how relevant that is this year? Between the EU, American private industry, banks, and Greece it seems to me that its an inherent truth that we must deal with as a nation.
The wealth of any nation is soley determined by the ability to extract raw materials from the Earth and produce a product/s that is to be purchased by a foreign nation. We no longer have lawful money in the US we have currency, which is debt,or a promise to pay ,thanks to the bankruptcy (FDR's) 1933 banking holiday where the gubmint confiscated the PEOPLE's gold and silver under forced bill of pain with fines and prison were they in noncompliance.
holey cow, talk about world's coliding. Another pro wrestler in the truth movement. What a surprise, I was just watching old WWE Clips whn 90% of time I'm watching Alex Jones and holey shit I end up watching both at once! Great job Gary, celebreties and athletes are the best for quickly waking people up because they have some instant credibility and influence with people, the more the better, and Glen Jacobs is a pretty smart guy to begin with. This is cool.
As for the gobal/regional issue..I am sure you have all heard of the North American Union.(the joining of USA, Canada, and Mexico into one nation) THAT IS THE REGIONAL PART! and this region will get a currency say for example the american dollar. at the same time other parts of the world will join in simialar unions...so there will be only 3 or 4 countries in the world. 10 to 15 years later they will join us all as one world one country. THE GLOBAL PART
It's not really a case of making one world, one country: It's more of a case of trying to unify all currencies, under one denomination. This would take all monetary control away from each individual country, and force each country to print a finite amount of money, based on the wealth of that country.
Since all countries would be using the same currncy, no single country could print more than their alotted amount, which counters the threat of inflation, to a large degree.
Though this is a huge step towards solving the inflation problem of America, this would hurt certain regions. For example, much of Canada virtually relies on having a lower-valued currency than America to attract tourists and companies to purchase goods and services at a lower cost. Since Canada and America have reasonably similar dollar-value prices, having our dollar on par with America's takes away that incentive.
All-in-all, though, I do agree with all of what Mr. Jacobs is saying.
He is saying that the central bankers are planning to form a one world currency. In order for this to work other nations standard of living must slightly increase and American's standard of living must DRASTICALLY decrease. It is global Marxism and Americans will suffer the most.
The first step in globalization is the formation of regional super-states such as the European Union, North American Union (Security & Prosperity Partnership of North America), African Union, etc. The globalist bankers have to destroy the idea of the nation state & form regional unions before they can get people to commit to a global union. It is non-revolutionary Fabian Socialism, take over one piece at a time, a silent post modern coup. So no he is not being broad if you are better informed.
@guidobambino THAT would be scary. What I mean is that the world would be scared shitless and would think twice before angering us. Here is the dream cabinet:
Glen as much as i love kane i think u need 2 really considered running 4 president , you are the exactly the kind of person tha should run this nation not idiots like bush
Actually he was born in Spain because his parents were in the Air Force. Essentially he's treated as a child born to American diplomats for the sake of citizenship and thus is considered a natural born citizen.
Makes me want to start watching the WWE again. It's a great example of free market capitalism. You know, his brother is the Undertaker! Die government, die!
@gunthervontrapp Don't start watching WWE again...Vince and Linda McMahon are the exact OPPOSITE of what Glenn Jacobs is for. The McMahons are part of the Corporate problem. They have a monopoly of their own (the wrestling business). Look at how bad independent wrestling has suffered since they bought out ECW, WCW and USWA.
jacobs should get into politics, he has strong views, and seems to be very aware of our economy. i mean look a Arnold Schwarzenegger, except glenn is smarter. also he wont need security. seriously he could be a good politician. you know what im callin glenn out. you need to run for president
Glenn Jacobs / Mark Calaway for the presidency of 2012
This is awesome. I know Mr Jacobs has strong political views, but i feel I learnt a lot from this interview. Kane is my all-time favourite wrestler! He rocks my world, Ive got the book and the DVD. But this is a whole other side of Mr Jacobs that you don't expect because of his career. Rather than being just a stereotypical athelete, he has a huge potential for contribution to the political-economical spheres. He is a respected entertainer. Also an intelligent academic.
DVD: See no evil, Jacobs plays a mute murderer who has been minipulated his mother and then terrorises a group of teenage rebels who have been requisioned to fix up a derelict hotel. Great movie, a bit gruesome for my taste though.
BOOK: Journey into Darkness. An insight into Kane's tortured past and his path into the WWE. Great book, I've read it over and over. There is another box set of DVDs from WWE but I haven't watched them
@252Dazz252 This wasn't meant to entertain you...this was meant to inform you. If you want to be entertained, just keep watching network TV. The downside to that is you'll be spoonfed nothing but bullshit.
This is what I Iike to see, an intelligent man who cares about what he talks about. Unlike many politicians, Glenn really seems to care about what is going on.
shanethepain13 You don't get it kid, he isn't known as a actor, he is a wrestler...just cause he starred in couple tv/movies doesn't mean he is a actor..
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
He is still considered an actor. But your going to say hes just a wrestler he is really a stuntman but people dont go around and say "Hey did you watch stuntman Kane lastnite he chokeslamed Big Show!". So he is still an actor just not everyone goes around saying it.
I admire and respect glen in his veiws and he is a very inteligent man we all should liten to what he is saying I am right behind him all the way like glen I am member of the Liberarian party here in the United Kingdon
Thankyou for putting out great educational information. And for hopefully causing more people to think about what is really going on and not just being a mushroom.
We have legal tender and it is in accordance with THE COINAGE ACT OF 1792. Ron Paul was instrumental in helping keep a portion of this Act alive. In the mid 1980's the U.S. Mint began coining American Eagles in silver, gold and platinum.

I hope you all understand it.
bethturpin 2 years ago
It's not really a case of making one world, one country: It's more of a case of trying to unify all currencies, under one denomination. This would take all monetary control away from each individual country, and force each country to print a finite amount of money, based on the wealth of that country.
Since all countries would be using the same currncy, no single country could print more than their alotted amount, which counters the threat of inflation, to a large degree.
Ephidel88 2 years ago
Though this is a huge step towards solving the inflation problem of America, this would hurt certain regions. For example, much of Canada virtually relies on having a lower-valued currency than America to attract tourists and companies to purchase goods and services at a lower cost. Since Canada and America have reasonably similar dollar-value prices, having our dollar on par with America's takes away that incentive.
All-in-all, though, I do agree with all of what Mr. Jacobs is saying.

Its seems wierd to think that this guy is a wrestler and he's talking about like intellectual issues and is running for Office! Only in America. :)

"i personally think they that they're heading us towards a more global or regional structure"
that sentence made no fucking sense. great way to be as broad as fucking possible
jmmypaddy 2 years ago
He is saying that the central bankers are planning to form a one world currency. In order for this to work other nations standard of living must slightly increase and American's standard of living must DRASTICALLY decrease. It is global Marxism and Americans will suffer the most.
residentzombie 2 years ago 3
but that counts as global not regional. regional suggest no connection between nations while global means there is a connection.
jmmypaddy 2 years ago
The first step in globalization is the formation of regional super-states such as the European Union, North American Union (Security & Prosperity Partnership of North America), African Union, etc. The globalist bankers have to destroy the idea of the nation state & form regional unions before they can get people to commit to a global union. It is non-revolutionary Fabian Socialism, take over one piece at a time, a silent post modern coup. So no he is not being broad if you are better informed.

@guidobambino THAT would be scary. What I mean is that the world would be scared shitless and would think twice before angering us. Here is the dream cabinet:
Kane - President
Undertaker - VP
Stone Cold - Head of the Military

he cant he was born in spain
maynya 2 years ago
Actually he was born in Spain because his parents were in the Air Force. Essentially he's treated as a child born to American diplomats for the sake of citizenship and thus is considered a natural born citizen.
ZTora 2 years ago
ohhhhhhhhh ok I didnt know that thanks:)
maynya 2 years ago
Well said he can still run for the position

Jacobs was born to US Air Force parents stationed in Spain. Just a little information... he is not even a citizen of spain

Makes me want to start watching the WWE again. It's a great example of free market capitalism. You know, his brother is the Undertaker! Die government, die!
gunthervontrapp 2 years ago
@gunthervontrapp Don't start watching WWE again...Vince and Linda McMahon are the exact OPPOSITE of what Glenn Jacobs is for. The McMahons are part of the Corporate problem. They have a monopoly of their own (the wrestling business). Look at how bad independent wrestling has suffered since they bought out ECW, WCW and USWA.

Glenn Jacobs was born in Spain. That sucks, because he would be a good leader.

Also an intelligent academic.
sheelah0gedye 2 years ago 4
Glenn is one of the few pro wrestlers with a real college degree. He was planning on becoming a teacher but never got his teaching certificate.

What book? What DVD?
Cinnafury 2 years ago
DVD: See no evil, Jacobs plays a mute murderer who has been minipulated his mother and then terrorises a group of teenage rebels who have been requisioned to fix up a derelict hotel. Great movie, a bit gruesome for my taste though.
BOOK: Journey into Darkness. An insight into Kane's tortured past and his path into the WWE. Great book, I've read it over and over. There is another box set of DVDs from WWE but I haven't watched them

That interviewer does my head in, he's so boring and looks uncomfortable. lol
Kane for president!

He is still considered an actor. But your going to say hes just a wrestler he is really a stuntman but people dont go around and say "Hey did you watch stuntman Kane lastnite he chokeslamed Big Show!". So he is still an actor just not everyone goes around saying it.

We have legal tender and it is in accordance with THE COINAGE ACT OF 1792. Ron Paul was instrumental in helping keep a portion of this Act alive. In the mid 1980's the U.S. Mint began coining American Eagles in silver, gold and platinum.
