Sherrill, i see you own a few nice Taylor guitars. over the years i've had a few of those and several martins. sometimes i think the taylor tone is a little brighter than i might want. from time to time i install martin silk and steel light gauge strings to my taylor grand symphony 816CE. you may or may not want to experiment with that some time. if you are ever surfing my channel and you type in "Born" you will hear a taylor unplugged, using those strings outdoors. enjoying your songs.

@chuxtrux Thanks very much for the comments. Yes, I have 5 taylor guitars. and yes, they sound bright to me too. The Koa wood one on this song is the only one with a bit of bass like my Martins. I have tried several different string setup's and I'll try some Martins as you suggest. Gonna look up Born now. Sherrill
