well to Addys some electric train systems do have the power feed at track level namely subway systems the sky train system in vancouver bc any system where people cannot access the tracks to easely in calgary alberta the c-train electric feed is overhead because the tracks are incased at 7th ave where everybody can walk but yes it looks nicer without those overhead pylons

The old Shinkansen 0 series i heard that Greetings from Denmark :-) the last of thoes was pooled out of service some time ago. Nice trainset. must create a lot of friktion through with all thoes pantographs on the roof. but whatewer it did the job and it set new standarts back when it was released.
