I had constant pain from P.F. in my right heel. I found Happy Feet insoles at a tradeshow and have been pain free after wearing them for only 3 days. I no longer have that pain when I walk! The promo code/coupon listed on the package says 602. Hope this helps you too!!
Brandon , i see you posted this comment last year.I just wanted to know if after a year you still feel the pain or it has healted. so I can at least figure out if it disappears. the doc's been telling me that if it doesn't stop they could inject some sort of serum without anesthetic in the tendons and the sole. The thought of that alone is scaring the sheit out of me.
I had Plantar Fasciitis for several months...pretty much gone now. I used stretches I found in the book "Injury Afoot," purchased on Amazon. Also used some over the counter shoe inserts, nothing fancy.
these videos are all fascinating and educating, but at the end, I think they should remind us of the proper way to walk, without pronation or supernation.
"Propernation" should be shown and re-inforced, I know it is more lucrative to point out problems and sell a product or service to deal with it....
I also have this condition, its agony but i went to my GP and he gave me some Physio to do and also an anti immflamitary foot rub and i must say that within 3 days the pain has gone. so its worth visiting your docotor.
i have a bad sting that feel like ur cutting my sole with a sharp knife and it feels like i ripped a nerve or something i am 15 im not really educated on the medical field so im not really sure what i ripped or messed up because each time i walk on my right foot and press my toes on the floor and my heel pressing on the floor thus leaving a litto space for the middle of my sole wich is where the sharp pain is, if you know what this is please tell me i want it fixed asap! lookin fwd 2 ur reply!
I came to see this video to kill ankle pain, not to kill myself

Anecdotal evidence?

this is a biomechanical problem that a Osteopathic therapist should see, considering that he has all the tools to solve a dysfunction like this.
