Actually the developer is said to be able to beat the game with one guy.  The long haired dude. I just remember seeing that on a "greatest hits" interview years ago.

have you actually beaten the game? i only play on hard and have gotten about halfway through this stage. never beaten the game before. there's always some room that screws me over, or scarface.

eh, probly not. I doubt I could make it though the entire game in one playthrough without dying. I doubt anyone could for that matter. Besides, Im a little tired of playing it lol. Maybe this winter when I have an assload of freetime Ill try it out and see what happens.

@mbanker21 Yeah these games were made to eat your quarters and even though this was made into a console game, they kept the spirit of the difficulty which is how should I say ridiculous. Games today are about pleasing and spoiling the player since they are paying 60+ bucks for a game instead of 25 cents of your time for a highscore.

Halo Legendary modes have nothing on getting the high score on games like Smash TV, just so you know.
